The instructor is exceptionally knowledgeable and comfortable with the concepts - I think because of this he was able to allow us to ask questions and comment throughout the sessions. This provided us with (much needed) organizational situational awareness with regard to preparedness. The time to do the exercises was essential. Even when I was not able to figure out how to enter things exactly correct, it forced me to think through the process rather than passively trying to absorb the mechanics of the standards.
