Currently, external non-CDISC standards like SNOMED or LOINC are not loaded into CDISC SHARE. CDISC is focused on loading all the existing foundational and TA standards, as well as expanding its current base of standards metadata within the context of the existing standards (e.g. protocol, value level metadata). The CDISC SHARE team is actively extending the CDISC SHARE metamodel to include links to external standards such as SNOMED and LOINC for a future release.
