Analysis Results Standards Hackathon Kick-off

-

CDISC invites you to participate in the Analysis Results Standards (ARS) Virtual Hackathon.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for this Hackathon will close at 5PM US CT on Friday, 7 July.

What is ARS?

CDISC is developing ARS, which aims to facilitate automation, reproducibility, reusability, and traceability of analysis results data in clinical trial analysis and reporting.

Hackathon Objective

The Hackathon is an opportunity to collaborate with others from the CDISC Community to create open-source tools that operationalize the ARS Logical Model.

Participants will leverage metadata, analysis results, and displays as we work together to develop solutions that enhance the interoperability and reusability of analysis results data. We will create, ingest and process metadata specs as well as generate display outputs.

It is our hope that solutions resulting from the Hackathon can seamlessly integrate with existing analysis programs and report creation tools, enabling end-to-end automation of the analysis and reporting process. Our vision for the future state of analysis results reporting is a world where analysis results are machine-readable, easily navigable, and highly reusable.

Resources Provided

Participants will receive access to CDISC Library, a sample study protocol, statistical analysis plan, shells, datasets, and displays to explore the full potential of ARS.

Pre-Read

We invite you to reference the paper "All You Need to Know about CDISC Analysis Result Standards," awarded Best Paper at PharmaSUG 2023. The paper will provide a solid foundation to gain insights and best practices on metadata creation, result ingestion, and display generation.

Hackathon Dates: 12 July - 31 August 2023

Let's get ready to revolutionize analysis standards together!
