In the example vital sign dataset, the setting for taking the measurements was either in the clinic or at home. The latter is represented by the non-standard variable "VSSETTNG". Note that this variable is only required to distinguish which records come from assessment at home. When this non-standard variable is null, it is assumed the assessments were done in clinic.

Item numbers include: 1 - Height, 2 - Weight, 3 - Systolic blood pressure, 4 - Diastolic blood pressure, 27 - Waist, 33 - Systolic blood pressure at home, 34 - Diastolic blood pressure at home, 43 - Weight at home

Rows 1-5:Show the vital signs measurements in the Clinic setting.
Rows 6-8:Show the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and weight measurements performed at home.
