Eligibility
CDISC reserves the right to decline or revoke sponsorship or exhibitor participation that it determines to be inconsistent with the mission, values, objectives, or interests of the organization and its members.
Application, Reservation, and Payment
Submission of this application constitutes a request to participate in the selected sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity. Upon acceptance of the application by CDISC, the selected sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity will be reserved for the applicant organization, and an invoice will be issued for the selected level. Submission of this application reflects the applicant organization's intent to participate in the event at the selected sponsorship or exhibitor level. Sponsorship and exhibitor benefits are fully secured upon receipt of payment by CDISC. The individual submitting this application represents that they are authorized to submit the application on behalf of their organization and to authorize CDISC to issue an invoice for the selected sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity.
Sponsorship Package Exclusivity
Sponsorship packages are exclusive and may not be combined with Exhibitor packages. Sponsors may, however, purchase additional eligible à-la-carte sponsorship opportunities in accordance with current event offerings and availability.
Cancellation Fees
Sponsors and exhibitors may cancel their participation by providing written notice to CDISC.
Refund eligibility is based on the date written notice is received by CDISC:
CDISC reserves the right to resell any cancelled sponsorship or exhibitor opportunity. Complimentary registrations and associated benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.
Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors must comply with all event, venue, installation, dismantle, shipping, safety, and operational requirements communicated by CDISC. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring all materials, displays, and equipment remain within their designated exhibit space. Any additional booth furniture, structures, or accommodations must be approved by CDISC in advance.
Indemnification and Liability
Sponsors and exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless CDISC, its employees, directors, volunteers, members, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in the event, including the actions of their employees, contractors, agents, or representatives. Sponsors and exhibitors are solely responsible for the security, insurance, and protection of their personnel, property, displays, equipment, and materials.
