Brazilian Clinical Research Institute (BCRI) is an Academic Research Organization (ARO), and was the first ARO established in Latin America. Founded in 2008, it was created with the aim of improving, formalizing, and professionalizing the operational and scientific aspects inherent to the development and conduct of clinical research, while adhering to ethical principles and national and international regulations.
