Dr. Nicole Harmon oversees CDISC's operational strategies, furthering our mission to amplify data’s impact to advance research. A distinguished leader with over 20 years’ experience across the nonprofit, healthcare, research, and technology sectors, she brings a wealth of expertise in operational excellence, strategic marketing and partnerships, and financial sustainability.
Nicole previously served as President of Cohen Veterans Bioscience, where she was instrumental in driving key initiatives to advance research, further policy and patient advocacy, diversify funding streams, and develop systems that strengthened organizational infrastructure.
Nicole holds a PhD in Counseling and is widely recognized for her ability to build cross-sector collaborations that foster innovation and improve health outcomes.
