This CRF collects general Crohn's disease surgeries that occurred before study start including gastrointestinal segments.
The CRF in the TAUG is split into 3 sections and these 3 sections are represented here in 2 separate CRFS:
- Prior Crohn's Disease Surgery -
- Prior Crohn's Disease Surgery Details - a repeating form that is completed once for each prior Crohn's disease surgery.
The first CRF is always answered and collects an indication of whether there were any prior Crohn's disease surgeries. The second CRF is a repeating CRF, is completed once for each surgical procedure, and contains a repeating section that is completed once for each gastrointestinal segment impacted by the surgical procedure.
