The FDA has requested the development of an additional laboratory test results domain (LC) that is structured identically to LB but contains conventional units in --STRESU for the results in the --STRESC/--STRESN variables. The LC domain will be incorporated into SDTMIG v4.0 as part of an expanded scoping effort. The LC domain specification, assumptions, examples, and Conformance rules have been drafted in preparation for CDISC Internal Review.
