The USDM Onboarding Package is a valuable investment in your organization's data management capabilities. There is a base cost provided by CDISC for the training and evaluation. For larger programs, additional evaluation resources might be required. More information about extra fees will be provided during the evaluation stage of the onboarding process.

Package Components
The USDM Onboarding Package combines private training and hands-on workshops to provide a flexible learning and developmental experience. This flexible, modular training and implementation program is designed to meet a variety of unique organizational Digital Data Flow requirements and accommodate diverse audiences, allowing different attendees to participate in specific sessions, such as Business Case Training. Below are two examples of our customizable training schedules:
Day One: Understanding USDM Training: A foundational course providing a comprehensive overview of USDM principles, structure, and benefits.
Days Two & Three: Focus Topic Use Case(s) and Requirements:
- In-depth exploration of specific USDM use cases relevant to your implementation.
- Interactive discussions to analyze your organization's needs and constraints.
- Detailed requirements sessions covering:
- User requirements
- System/data requirements
- Data flow requirements
Day One
- Session #1: Half-day, non-technical intro: Foundational Concepts & Strategic Value
- First hour: Big picture overview, allowing senior leaders to attend and leave, with ample time for Q&A. A senior leader can also open the event to explain its importance.
- Remaining time: More detailed discussion, digging deeper into concepts like what digitizing a protocol means.
