Frequently Asked Questions
We set up a training agreement in advance based on your anticipated number of attendees. However, we do not invoice until after the training is complete. Billing is based on actual attendance, allowing us to accurately account for any last-minute changes.
Yes. Participants can be added up until the very start of the training. Following the session, we review enrollment and attendance records from our Learning Management System (LMS) and adjust the final billing accordingly if the headcount differs from the initial agreement.
All training materials are hosted in the CDISC Learning Management System. Once enrolled, attendees will have access to the full suite of materials—including activities, exercises, and assessments—both before and after the training. This access remains open for as long as needed.
There are a few light prerequisites, primarily focused on setting up cdiscIDs and learner accounts. This ensures participants can access the training page in the LMS and complete interactive activities during the session. For some trainings, there are more technical setups and download requirements, so we are happy to review these requirements with your team ahead of time.
CDISC Education records all training sessions for your convenience. For private group sessions, these recordings will be available to registered attendees for download for 30 days following the conclusion of the training.
