CDISC invites its members to apply to host the 2026 India CDISC Day. This event will be promoted on the CDISC website and through official announcements, highlighting that it is hosted by your organization—an excellent opportunity to showcase your company and enhance brand visibility.
Host Selection:
The host organization will be selected based on its ability to meet the criteria outlined below.
Important Note
The chosen venue must be available one day prior to the event for AV setup, room arrangements, and other preparations.

Host Responsibilities
By submitting this form, you agree that your organization will provide:
- Seating capacity for 300+ attendees.
- Audio/Visual equipment (including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and all necessary cables and connections).
- Venue access prior to the event for technical checks.
- Catering for all attendees, speakers, and support staff.
- Onsite support staff for event management (AV handling, room setup, registration desk, etc.).
- Wi-Fi access and password for attendees.
- Climate-controlled meeting rooms (heating and/or air conditioning).
- Exhibition space for for sponsors
Host Benefits
If selected as the host for the 2026 India CDISC Day, your organization will receive:

- Logo placement on CDISC website and Cvent registration site
