About Just In Time GCP
Just In Time GCP brings a modern approach to quality and compliance in clinical research, embedding Good Clinical Practice (GCP) into everyday operations to move organizations beyond static training and reactive processes.
With a strong focus on Trial Master File (TMF), they enable real-time inspection readiness by ensuring documentation, processes, and training remain aligned and continuously maintained across the study lifecycle. Closely aligned with CDISC’s mission, Just In Time GCP reinforces the quality foundation that underpins reliable, interoperable data - supporting consistent practices and helping ensure that data standardized through CDISC models meets the highest standards of integrity and usability
The intersection of standards (CDISC), structure (TMF), and quality (GCP) create a strong foundation for efficient, transparent, and inspection-ready clinical research.
Leadership in Innovation and Community Engagement
During the 2026 CDISC Europe Interchange, we spotted - and were fortunate to snag a few minutes with - Aaron Grant, Head of Innovation at Just In Time GCP. Grant shared his perspective on operating at the forefront of TMF:
“With more than 20 years of experience, we specialize in GCP consulting, which leads to a significant focus on TMF work. Many of our team members, including our founder and CEO Donna Dorizinsky, are deeply involved in CDISC initiatives. My own work includes leading vendor and metadata workstreams under the TMF Reference Model.”
A Commitment to Supporting CDISC
While Just In Time GCP’s support of CDISC as a member is driven by altruism, Grant reflects that CDISC facilitates moving the industry into solution space:
“For Just In Time, there is also a strong sense of purpose in supporting CDISC. We believe the standards CDISC brings together are critical to the industry. They help us move beyond low-level challenges - how we communicate, store, and move data - so we can focus on truly transforming the industry.”
CDISC is the Heart of the TMF Community
Grant offered a powerful and succinct endorsement of the TMF community within CDISC - one that speaks for itself:
“For us in the TMF community, this is the community. This is where it starts and continues to flourish. If you are not part of this discussion, you are not helping the industry move forward.”
For anyone working in, around, or alongside TMF, CDISC is where that conversation happens.
The Value of Connection: CDISC Interchange
Even in an increasingly virtual world, the human element remains essential. That is where CDISC Interchanges truly stand out. Grant shared his perspective on why these gatherings are so impactful:
“This is a wonderful place to interact with clients and prospects in an informal and engaging way. It is also valuable for connecting with vendors and partners in a more collaborative environment. The ability to network with like-minded professionals and exchange ideas is incredibly valuable. CDISC events allow us to gain perspectives we may not encounter within our own organizations.”
A Shared Vision for the Future
Through their work in GCP, TMF, and continuous quality improvement, Just In Time GCP exemplifies how organizations can align operational excellence with industry-wide standards. Their continued engagement with the TMF Community within CDISC reflects a commitment to shaping a more connected, standardized, and innovative future for clinical research.
