Director, Product Integration Strategy

The Director of Product Integration Strategy focuses on supporting integration planning and execution for internal and external customers to create additional value based on connectivity of internal business systems with the Science 37 platform. This position is responsible for leading internal and external discussions regarding flow of information, integration specification, and oversight of systems integration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Leads discussions with internal and external customers regarding data flow with platform
 
  • Responsible for managing product integration strategy and resulting ecosystem
 
  • Defines and oversees implementation of integrations - in collaboration with the Technical team and 3rd party providers
  • Supports thought leadership on cross-industry clinical data standards
  • Leads the vendor qualification, selection, and management function for integrations
  • Ensures appropriate governance processes and controls for integrations
  • Provides input into master data management and the use of mastered data
  • Supports the Privacy and Security Offices with transparency and controls
  • Promotes data driven culture and good practices
  • Advances data quality through issue detection and resolution initiatives
  • Encourages trust in data by providing high data integrity, quality and consistency
  • Works with the sales team on commercialization opportunities
  • Monitors the integration ecosystem and applies continuous improvement principles
  • Stays current with relevant emerging trends and technologies
  • Serves as part of the Product Senior Leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical systems and associated data flow
  • Experience leading the design, configuration, and integration of clinical systems
  • Experience with Master Data Management including reference data
  • A history of innovative solution delivery
  • Experience in building and managing high performing teams
