ODM 1-3-1 Public Review Now Open

ODM 1-3-1 is a minor release. There are a large number of clarifications and fixes to the specification document. There are also a number of fixes and small enhancements to the schema. The read_me.txt file provides a high-level summary of the major changes. The specification document changes are highlighted in yellow.

The review package .zip file contains:

1. The ODM1-3-1 schemas
2. The specification file
3. A read_me.txt file that briefly summarizes the changes in this version
4. A spreadsheet to record your comments and feedback.
